Simon really hits on some great thoughts in this video. Recently I have been searching for my why and as faith has it, I came across this video. Kind of funny how that works.
Small business owners should really take a moment and think this one through. This goes along with a lot of thoughts on the subject of "Social Proof" and finding those customers that will keep coming back. If they can align with your why, they will also tend to recommend your products and in turn give you that "Social Proof".
